The Home Chef's Standard for nearly a Century
Pennsylvania State Grange has been producing cookbooks since 1925. The original was created to raise funds for the construction of a women's dormitory on the campus of Penn State University - and raise money it did! It also fed the soul of home cooks throughout the Commonwealth and beyond and wet the appetite for eight more unique volumes and dozens of reprints to be done over the next century.

As a part of the sesquicentennial celebration of the State Grange, a special 150th Anniversary cookbook was released in October 2021 and is packed with more than 900 recipes for the modern home cook.
These cookbooks now serve as fundraising items for our local Granges to continue the good work they do in their hometowns. Along with the anniversary cookbook,
Jefferson Grange is proud to have the bestselling 1985 "red" cookbook, along with the 1950 and 2010 cookbooks available for sale. You can order yours below.
